Green Eggs and Ham at Universal’s Islands of Adventure has removed their Vegan Pizza Tots and given us a new, much better in my opinion, option. This quick service restaurant can be found over in Seuss Landing and only has outdoor seating.
The new Vegan Chorizo Tots are loaded with vegan chorizo, plant-based pepperjack cheese, corn, roasted pepper sauce, tri-colored tortilla strips, and scallions. These were way better than the unmelted vegan cheese that came with the Pizza Tots. I do want to note that the price shown above is as a combo with a drink, you can get it for cheaper without that.
These were super flavorful and offered a nice little heat to them. The cheese was actually melted too which was amazing. There was a variety of textures throughout it and loads of the creamy pepper sauce. This reminded me a lot of the Chorizo Chimichanga that is at Burger Digs.
This is 100% a quick meal I will grab again. I scarfed this whole thing down so quickly and loved every bite of it. Universal Orlando Resort is really killing it with the new vegan options lately and I still have so many more to try. As always be sure to check the Universal Orlando Vegans list when you’re in the parks to find all the great options!
