Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival Menus 2019

UPDATED 3/6/19

Just want reviews of this years food? Head here.

It’s almost time for our favorite festival in Epcot, the International Flower and Garden Festival! This festival runs from March 6th to June 3rd this year. During the Flower and Garden Festival Epcot’s World Showcase comes to life with beautiful topiaries and booths with unique food options. In the past this has been a decent festival for vegan options, so let’s see what the menus offer this year! At the bottom of this post you can find some info about returning items and what we suspect is vegan this year.

Okay so there are a few new items and returning items this year. First let’s talk about the returning items.

Hanami booth with Frushi – This has been here for a few years, this item was not vegan because of the wrap for the frushi containing cochineal. We will check again, but are not expecting this to be different this year.

Vegetable Spring Roll without Sauce 2018

Lotus House booth with Vegetable Spring Rolls – For the last few years this has been vegan without the sauce they come with. STILL VEGAN WITHOUT SAUCE.

Pineapple Soft Serve with Fanta 2018

Pineapple Promenade booth with Pineapple Soft-serve – This has been vegan in the past as it is Dole. The Violet Lemonade has also been vegan in the past. STILL VEGAN.

Taste of Marrakesh booth with Fried Cauliflower – Last year these were not vegan as breading for the cauliflower contained egg. Will confirm again. – Contains dairy now.

The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board™ booth with the Roasted Cauliflower Dish – Last year this was vegan when you order it without most of the ingredients (as they contain honey, surprising I know). Best to skip this one.

NEW THIS YEAR!

A whole booth sponsored by Impossible Foods?! We’re really hoping that all three items here are vegan as it reminds us of the Terra Booth from many years ago.

Trowel & Trellis Hosted by IMPOSSIBLE™ Foods booth – Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with Savory Garlic Spread, Farmhouse Meatball with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, Creamy Herb Dressing, Chocolate Pudding Terrarium with Avocado Cream, Matcha Crumb, Pomegranate and Baby Herbs. We will be sure to confirm this as soon as we can. BOOTH IS ALL VEGAN

Flavor Full Kitchen Hosted by AdventHealth booth with From the Garden: Roasted Beets, Cashew Cheese and Micro Herbs with Lemon-oil Dressing. This reminds us of the vegan salad they have had in the past. We will confirm as this looks promising. VEGAN AS IS

If you’re wondering about alcohol I suggest looking on Barnivore or downloading the Vegaholic App. We will update this when the festival begins and add reviews as well.
