If you thought you’d just have to watch everyone else enjoy baked goods while in Disney World, then you thought wrong. There is a vegan heaven hiding in the newly updated section of Downtown Disney as it evolves into Disney Springs. Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC is located in ‘The Landing’ at Disney Springs. This bakery features vegan baked goods that also happen to hit all the main allergies, gluten, dairy, soy and egg. This bakery used to be under the name BabyCakes NYC but has sense been reintroduced as Erin McKenna’s Bakery.
The bakery offers a large selection of vegan donuts, cupcakes, cookies, savory biscuits and much more. Occasionally they have a unique treat like the Kitchen Sink or Thin Mints.
Our favorite treats from here include the Samoa donut, Coffee Crunch donut and cookie sandwiches.
If you don’t have time to stop in Disney Springs you can always have Erin McKenna treats delivered! You can have them sent to your resort for a donut breakfast or even special order a cake for a birthday for dinner.
